My illustration cannot be used for AI, Crypto, NFT, etc.

Payment is done over Ko-fi in USD.

I only begin work on a commission when the full amount of payment is sent.

Please note I do not have a set time frame to complete an artwork! I give myself a max of at least two to four weeks to complete a piece, but note that I have a life outside of artwork.

I have the right to refuse/discontinue a commission if I deem it unfit or disrespectful.

A refund / partial refund can be requested if the commission is cancelled. Commissions can be cancelled at anytime but clients are responsible for paying for any progress made.

Once the illustration is finished and sent, the client is responsible for the files, design, and artwork and retrieval of the files afterwards may not be guaranteed.

Clients may repost, post or use the received illustration with proper credit / my watermark visible.

Artwork must be for casual/personal use only (RP, DND, etc.) and not for commercial use.

I have a right to display, post or use my illustrations in my portfolio unless otherwise is requested.

I only accept one large revision after providing a sketch preview of the illustration. Smaller revisions are allowed. I determine what are considered large revisions and small revisions.

Please provide reference images, moodboards or descriptions if necessary. There is a 5 USD design fee if I must design a character from scratch (i.e. moodboards, random image, or text only.) If you have a picrew, I will not consider the illustration/design to be from scratch (I consider picrew/dollmakers valid references).
